Biologists Kent McFarland and Sara Zahendra head to central Vermont in search of the endangered Eastern Timber Rattlesnake. They joined Doug Blodgett, from the Vermont Fish and Wildlife Department, and Eve Frankel of the Vermont Nature Conservancy. While hiking to the site where one of the last remaining populations in Vermont lives, the group talks about the habits of this endangered species and how humans are working to help conserve the population. Join the group and find out how hard it is to find these symbols of Vermont’s wildness.
