Bill is an environmental attorney with a national practice focusing on Clean Air Act issues. A native of Geneva, NY, who currently resides just outside of Cincinnati, Bill has a BA in political science from Denison University, a JD from Capital University, and an LLM from Vermont Law School with a concentration in climate change law and policy. Bill is also an adjunct professor of environmental law at the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where he teaches a course on the Clean Air Act. A volunteer firefighter for his community, Bill’s spare time is filled with playing hockey, biking, kayaking, fly fishing, hiking, and other outdoor pursuits.
