Sara and Kent searching for the next bird.

Team VCE is gearing up for another low-carbon Birdathon on May 20. After some dawn birding on-foot to a diversity of habitats in the Upper Valley, we’ll spend the rest of the day paddling a stretch of the Connecticut River. Our flotilla of canoes and kayaks will put-in near Fairlee, VT, and slowly make our way downstream, stopping often to check the river’s varied habitats.  Although we’re keeping our options open for our take-out point, we’ll probably end up in Thetford or Norwich by day’s end.

Consider making a pledge today or join the fun and form a Birdathon team of your own!

Your pledge will support VCE’s wildlife conservation projects across the Americas!
