The majority of Mistie’s career has been focused on auditing and accounting for nonprofit organizations. She holds a BS of Accounting from Champlain College in Vermont, and obtained her CPA license while working in public accounting.
With a passion for the outdoors and all the creatures and ecosystems that exist in it, it comes as no surprise that her hobbies include hiking, camping, kayaking, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, yoga, and Spartan Races. Born and raised in Vermont with one brother and four younger sisters, Mistie enjoys spending time with her large family. She currently lives in Sutton, New Hampshire, with her husband Josh, two dogs, and a cat.
