Our Team
We are scientists—conservation biologists, to be exact. We scale high peaks, paddle remote ponds, slog through wetlands, visit ordinary backyards, traverse the Americas, and even sit at the computer sometimes—so we can analyze all the data and write up our findings.
Supporting this scientific research is a dedicated crew of fundraisers, communicators, and people wranglers. All of us share a passion for wildlife and wild places.
Interested in having a VCE conservation biologist speak at your event or lead a field outing?

The vivid display of wildlife you see here on the VCE website comes from photographers who have donated their images. Producing this kind of photography is no easy task, and VCE is grateful for this body of work. We encourage you to visit these photographers at their websites or studios.
If you have an image you think might work on our website, please contact info@vtecostudies.org.
